I've stay at this place evey yr for 9 yrs . The only issues we're the elevator wasn't working, and the vending machines didn't work. Other than that I had a great stay and will stay there again

Book a room . I noted I was handicap couldn’t climb stairs ! Front desk still let me check into the hotel & told me the elevator was broken! Staff should’ve notified customer before hand the elevator was broken before the day of check in ! So customer can find other hotel options

Room was decent, front desk friendly and we slept fine. Points that weren’t so great: Elevator was broken and we were on 3rd floor. For some reason one door to the outside (near the front desk) was propped open all the time and that seems like a safety concern to those staying there since the front desk isn’t staffed after 11. Also didn’t like the general smell once you reached 3rd floor. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.

the floors were dirty and had stickers and chunks of dirt on them. the towels had hairs in them. the kitchen cabinet doors made noises if you walked throughout the room. the elevator was not working and had to walk up 3 floors. the overall appearance of the room was very dirty.
