Room was clean, beds are extremely firm, pillows are terrible, the water barely was body temp at its warmest, the indoor pool area is cold as well as the pool temp, the heat in our room blew cold air when it was on. Staff was friendly and helpful, very accommodating.

Hall carpets were tired, stained and in need of replacing. Other than that it was fine. A nice small mouth of town hotel for Carmel. Which is a nice upmarket new town.
