This unit is an adjacent structure to the main house. There is a single shared wall that has a utility room in between the unit and the main home. This is a former garage that has been converted into a modern residence. It has no internal attachment/passage to the main home and the entry is on the north side (left if facing) of the garage.
This unit has an open concept kitchen and living space featuring 2BR's and 1 full bath. This unit also has a washer and dryer.
