A little surprise

It was good over all. Got an early checkin which was great and the staff was friendly. I booked it thru Hotels.com and took the booking protection in the event something changed. It did change and I had to leave a day earlier. It might be nice if in the Hotel’s policies it actually states clearly that if you book with a third party partner, Hotels.com, like I did, that you cannot get a refund from the hotel itself if you make changes.

Anniversary Trip

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind when we checked in to our room. The hot tub was nice. The room was clean on a surface level but could use a deep clean on the bathtub and the floor grout lines. The bed was incredible uncomfortable.

I liked that their were amenities like a pool and workout room. I would rather have free continental breakfast offered rather than a $15 breakfast. There was also a leak in the hallway outside of my room. The staff did address it quickly and workers were fixing the problem before I left the property.
