The beds were comfortable with a choice of firm or soft pillows. The breakfast was well stocked each morning. The only drawback was the heater in the room. It was quite loud and cycled on after only a minute or so of cycling off. There was no way to change it. I lowered the temperature, but it still had the same cycling. Made it tough to sleep.

The night manager was friendly and very helpful. She gave us restaurant recommendations and coupons to use. The room was clean and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was very good with a pretty good assortment of foods to choose from. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was nice. It was clean. The elevator apparently has not been in operation for some time, which meant I had to carry everything up stairs and then back down stairs when I was checking in and out. Fortunately, I did not have mobility issues. The breakfast was okay. Better than many I have had at other hotels, not as good as others. They had hot water and tea bags, but no hot chocolate for non coffee/tea drinkers. I would stay at the Holiday Inn Express again, but I would call ahead to ensure the elevator is in working order.
