Check-in and out went super easy. Front desk staff were great. Room was really clean, like brand new still. Lots of seating available in the lobby and saw many other guests utilizing it. Had several choices available for breakfast and the coffee was really good. No complaints whatsoever!

Family had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Westfield. The room was clean, hotel is smoke free, staff is extremely courteous and attentive to guests needs, gym and pool facilities are well kept, and free breakfast is an added bonus. The location is easily accessible with ample parking.

The front desk specialist, Heather, was extremely friendly and helpful! The hotel was newly constructed and opened in June 2025. It is spotless, beautiful, and modern. I am so glad I picked this Holiday Inn at Westfield!

The hotel is pretty new so I felt good about cleanliness and over all condition of the building. My wife LOVED the lighting around the vanity mirror. Breakfast was typical continental with good variety and freshness. The bacon was filled to the rim when I went through the line. Bonus! The staff was helpful and attentive. Overall good stay!
