The room and property were very clean. The room had some issues with the ceiling and a leaking sink. The bed was comfortable. It has a nice lobby and lounge area. The pool is small but clean and the workout room was nice. The staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was sufficient but only had one poor lady trying to keep up with feeding all of the guests in a crowded weekend.

I would caution anyone that is staying here during a busy time like a sold out concert or event...check in time is listed as 3pm but be prepared not to get a room until about 4:30 due to hotel staffing shortages. There was lobby completely packed and rooms were not ready.

Check in was kind of a hot mess due to the number of check-outs they had from the prior night and the number checking in due to the Morgan Wallen concerts. While it was not ideal, the front desk staff handled everything well and remained professional when some customers were very rude to them. Our room was clean and ready when I finally made it up to check in. We didn't realize you had to pay for breakfast so that kind of was a disappointment, but overall we had a good stay and would stay again if we returned for an event at Lucas Oil Stadium.
