First time staying at one of your hotels. We loved it! Spacious room! Great breakfast! Staff so friendly! Excellent location close to shopping and restaurants. I booked this room last minute for myself and daughters after we had a power outage in our city very late at night. I noticed that I booked this room in the wrong city immediately after the confirmation showed. I contacted the hotel and they redirected me to Expedia who then called the hotel. The hotel said no manager was on duty and I still have not received any refund.
