I do not suggest anyone to stay here I got a room in was infested with roaches they switch me to another room and that room as well had roaches I left immediately on top of that they charge a 100 dollar deposit and now there giving me the runaround about my full refund I was told they can only refund me for one night cause someone else rented the room and it wasn’t roaches this place need to be demolished

The room is nasty, there were roaches crawling around and the toilet was leaking really bad there are stains on the wall and on the bedding there’s a lot of improvements that need to be done this was the worst stay

First room, there was trash everywhere, beds had not been remade or cleaned so i requested a new room and within 30 mins there was cockroaches everywhere, sink was covered in dust and dirty stuff, toilet constantly running. Wires sticking out from the ceiling so i left and demanded a refund from the front desk!!! Absolutely disgusting

As we were leaving for the day, my daughter fell down the stairs, that were broken. And no, it was not roped off. As she was coming down the stairs the cement step broke in half, she fell, and now she is in a boot, and may have to have surgery. No one tried to help us and we had to call for an ambulance.
