My only 2 complaints was it was really hot in the room and we could not get the temp to go down. And we got in really late in the night, driving from MN. And I have an 8 month old who got car sick and when we got to hotel room he got sick on the bed. We slept with it that night because we were dead tired. The next morning I asked for clean bedding because my baby got sick and towels. The response I got was " housekeeping only does rooms every other day but I'll request it" I wasn't asking for full turnover service just new towels and duvet cover. So anyways we didn't get it, slept with pukey blankets and when the housekeepers did come in the next day after the initial request day they just remade the bed with the same linens. I used to work as a housekeeper at a hotel and was a front desk manager, so I understand reusing the same linens and the ins/outs of hotel life. However, if a guest came to me at the front desk and asked if they could get new bedding because the baby got sick- I would make that room priority 1. So that was disappointing. However, the location was great. Easy walking distance for the colts game. The room itself was very nice . Love the high ceilings . Valet parking was great too, although one of them did use the term 'dick head' when a stranger knocked on the window from the outside when we were sitting next to it. I'm usually not picky, but having worked in the industry I would hope my staff would be a little bit more professional. Otherwise great hotel.
