We had a wonderful stay for an event at Gainbridge Fieldhouse - the location was incredibly convenient. Our first floor room was extremely spacious (high ceilings!) and clean. Front desk and valet staff were super friendly, the gentleman and lady working the breakfast buffet in the morning were lovely and overall we were really impressed with the hotel and would highly recommend for any event in downtown Indy!

I had booked this room several months out. I got a decent price and it was close to the Arena for the Fever game. I was on my way and couldn’t get to my phone. They called and cancelled my reservation. They said my ccard had been denied. That was a lie. I had used the same card earlier in the day and used the same card to book a room elsewhere after they cancelled. I think they did it on purpose to sell the room at a higher price. Even if not, bad bad service. I won’t use Homewood ever again and tell everyone I know what happened. Words cannot tell how upsetting this was.
