Our 6am flight was canceled and the woman at check out was very kind and did her best to get us into the room ASAP even tho check in was 3pm and let us grab breakfast while we waited. Room is not cleaning, second day a cockroach was in the bathroom the following day another one on the desk, the breakfast has no one pc of fresh bread all super processed and frozen, rom with the kitchen without soap to clean dishes plus the room cleaning need to be requested and even that some day wasn’t done… including that we’ve been overcharge compared to the daily rate.
