Everything was amazing! Clean room, great atmosphere, quick check in, nice valets and staff. Food was phenomenal and the bar poured great drinks. The bed was super comfortable. I would recommend an upgrade of usb-c ports instead of plug outlets on bedside.

Room was clean. However, smelled like weed from the evening to the morning. In which, I’m still beyond sick from. Staff was not informative. No one seemed to approach in a timely manner. All staff we encountered you could tell felt forced to be there. Definitely not the best of service

Front desk workers weren’t very nice or helpful. Two days in a row I requested a couple more towels and neither day I got any. They told me the first time I requested extra towels that we were only aloud to get three extra. But regardless out of the two requests I made two different days I never received any. I will say the people working in breakfast and in the dining are were extremely kind and helpful. The place over all looked nice our room floor was very dirty though. Parking is pretty expensive but that’s everywhere downtown really.
