Beautiful wood flooring in the common areas of the house envelope in style while you entertain or catch a game or movie with your people this spacious layout while comfortable noise buffering flooring in the bedroom suites provide for engineered napping/sleeping. Kitchen and parking deliver. Two dedicated parking spots on the rear parking pad, along with free offstreet parking.
Other things to note
The passageway from the rear bedroom to the kitchen on the ground floor is 26 1/2” with the measurement at the floor by the baseboards, being 25” wide. This may be an issue for a standard wheelchair whose width as listed on the Internet is 26”. The passageway from the kitchen to the living in dining room is 29 1/2” wide.

Failure to provide ID as outlined in the rental agreement can/will result in a cancellation of booking for reason code “Conflict with House Rule”
$200 fee for misstatement of number of guests/pets plus the listed per day per person/pet fee. Fee converts to damage.
$400 for Smoking or Vaping of any substance indoors. $600 fine and expulsion for holding a party. Run/do dishes while checking out.

We are a swim family that was in town for the weekend for a big meet on the IU campus. The location couldn't have been more ideal. Client was very accomodating particularly with some unusual schedules. The only complaint was that it looked like the property hadn't been cleaned well so distracted from an otherwise positive experience.

Sheets in each room were very clean and the towels. Bathrooms okay. Diswasher not clean. The place was quite and okay. I did not use the kitchen. Rented the place for two 2 days but we were out at bloomington during the day.

Nice House and Accurate Description

It's always nice to have a house where the pictures and the property are as described. The house was clean and nice to stay at and close to the campus where we could walk to. Good communication with the house owner also prior to our stay.

Nice place

Host was responsive and checked in on us next morning. Hot water, fast internet, clean sheets. The location is very convenient to downtown. Not a 5-star resort, but it served our needs well. Would rent again.

Cute home

Art is beautiful. Home is comfortable and Clint the host was responsive when we had issues finding the wifi password. Our only suggestion would be to put the smart lock at the front door for easier access.

It's a keeper

Clint is a friendly and responsive owner. The property is well located near downtown, and has a fun and funky vibe. The shaded backyard was beautiful for hanging out in the evenings with our dog. We would definitely stay here again!
