I had an excellent stay at the InterContinental. The pillows were incredibly comfortable—I slept like a dream! The hotel was spotless, and the staff was kind and attentive at all times. Without a doubt, this is a place I’d love to stay at again.

Staff was terrible went for dinner forgot part of the order until after the first part was delivered I had to wait for the second part to come. waiter was too busy visiting with other staff to bother to check or take our order in a reasonable manner ordered room service breakfast and after a very long time phone down and they said oh we just got it now we can work on it right this minute if you like. Checked out never to return again. A very disappointing stay for what should’ve been one of the higher hotels in the city
