We only stayed one night so difficult to give and accurate review. Our room was beautiful and the property was very well maintained. Check in and out was flawless and staff members were kind, friendly and efficient. Our only issues on our short stay were the room temperature and the TV both being a bit testy. Overall we had a good stay and will keep this property in mind for our next stay.

Terrible service continues, walked in w/o knocking

Housekeeping barged into room without knocking to see my wife undressed. HK then never came back to clean the room. When we later requested to have the room cleaned, we were told that HK was gone but that they could send up fresh towels and to put the dirty towels in the hall. When we returned from dinner four hours later the towels in the hallway were gone but there were no clean towels delivered. So we had to call the front desk again! While the hotel offered us a small discount, this is not the first time we have had shockingly poor service at IW. We get it’s not the Four Seasons but at the rates IW charges it should strive to be more than Motel Six.

Exactly what we hoped for

The hotel was exactly as described. The room was beautiful and comfortable. My only regret is that I didn't pay attention to how far out of city center it was. I highly recommend the hotel
