Asked to change room due to smell of marijuana and the guy at the front desk wanted to charge more for the same size room on the same floor. No coffee in the morning and nothing was ready for breakfast. The worker was unprofessional.

During our three day stay we had to practically beg for our room to be made up. Ran out of towels and toilet tissue. Had to finally put the overfilled trash in the hallway. 8pm the night before we left they finally cleaned the room

The room was clean and comfortable. Easy to control temperature to be comfortable. I greatly appreciated that the manager upgraded us to a room with a pull-out sofa bed so the three of us each had a bed.

Did not have the rooms that were advertised. On 3 different sites, but the attitude of the desk clerk was less than professional. I did not find out till after i paid that the reservation i made was not available and by the look on her face she thought it was humorous

I was really disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, the room was not clean — the bedding had stains, and both the bathroom sink and shower were clogged. The morning staff were great and helpful, but the night staff was the opposite. The woman working at night was rude, and when I asked for her name, she refused to give it. Overall, the experience fell far below my expectations, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless improvements are made.
