Professional staff, courteous and attentive. Thankful for an airport shuttle that was available at the late hour in which I needed it. I do recommend to please take a look at regularly vacuuming under the mattress skirts - I dropped something under one of them and there were quite a few small items / toy parts and trash etc hiding under there.

Room smelled like previous water damage. Musty smell, we bought a air freshener ourselves. Hallways had glade plug ins in halls that masked the same musty smell. Staff were friendly throughout stay. There is no restaurant, its closed. Several tv channels either dont work or no sound came through. Breakfast is decent. Room needed a detail cleaning, mirror on wall was dusty, top of cabinet where tv is also visibly dusty. Jacuzzi t ub in room was nice.

Airport shuttle was very timely and polite. The can reeked of cigarette smoke. The room- ugh. There was a used bat of soap, pubic hair and glitter on the sheets, the table top was broken. The floors were very sticky. Not nice. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was blah. No pancake maker. Biscuits and gravy. Wouldnt stay again

The room (and other areas of the hotel) smelled like stale smoke, i had a headache all night long. When i checked in i even asked if our room was a nonsmoking room and the attendant said it is a non-smoking hotel but "people still smoke" and chuckled and shrugged his shoukders. That whould have been my first red flag. We will not be returning!

The room was clean but had a strong musty odor. Breakfast was starch with no protein and minimal fruit. An adjacent restaurant was closed with no local alternatives for breakfast. The room tv was small with few channels available. The staff were friendly.
