MOLD??

The original room they gave me smelled musty and wet. One of the walls appeared to have mold on it. They ended up switching me out and upgrading to a suite. Which was nice of them. But the condition of the original room left a really really bad impression.

Property close to interstate and airport Front of hotel was dirty front door aren't automatic so makes getting your bags in difficult. Neighborhood sketchy. Room ok but facility needs a major upgrade and cleaning.

I arrived early and would have had to pay almost half of my hotel rate to check in early so I passed on that (would have been free with their reward program) I liked that they asked for an estimate of arrival , but no problem occurred when I checked in earlier- Sister’s flight was delayed but they once again were able to provide excellent customer service- Nice area to stay as you are approaching airport from a less busy way via Avon- and one of the last Indy Bob Evan’s us just down the street.

Horrible perfume smell in rooms. Had to move rooms at 2 am. Ended up finding a room upstairs that did not smell. Needle cap in the shower. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and very willing to move rooms.

Quiet and close to the highway. Wish there was more retail close and within walking distance. Friendly staff. Limited offerings for breakfast. I just ate fruit and yogurt. Workout room small and limited offerings. Just had 3 machines. Wished for some other exercise equipment.

Very basic hotel with usual amenities, but it needs a bit of a face lift. Carpet in the room was old and dingy. Toilet was leaking but functional. AC was loud, so it can disturb your sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good for short stays. Price was very reasonable, but you get what you pay for.
