We had a short/over-night stay. Home was clean and modern. No complaints whatsoever. The only unexpected thing was the neighborhood the home is located in. Not quite a run-down neighborhood but just a bit. By looking at the pictures of the home prior to booking, I would've never guessed. Regadless of the matter, it was quiet at night despite the fact that we did go on a weekend that the state fair was going on and many people were parking in the neighborhood which made it look busier with more commotion.

Cute 3 bedroom near Butler

This house is very clean and cute. The 3 bedrooms are a very nice size and the decor is cute. The couch in the living room is really comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't spend a lot of time there so I don't have a lot to say about the property but it was nice while we slept! It was great that there was coffee and creamers there so I could have a cup of coffee in the morning! Very thoughtful.
