This is the 2nd rm today that was issued to me. Although this one’s floors were not swept and mopped , the 1st one stank and had dirty floors and this one has dirty walls and floors. The tv channels don’t match the tv stations . I mean how does that happen.

Stayed for Indy 500 weekend. Prices are always inflated that weekend. Should be worth less than $100 a night on a regular weekend and should be even during Indy. The mirror next to the bed had footprints and other smudges on it; there was hair in the bathtub. Shoe print on the bedsheet, dead bugs hanging in the corner by the sink. The stairwell, outside and parking lot had a lot of trash. We tried to save money, but we wouldn’t stay again and it felt borderline unsafe.

Very dirty and smelly hotel

The hotel was very dirty. The room smelt very bad. It took me 3 rooms to find one that smelled ok to be there to sleep. The rooms had many dirty marks on the furniture, the tub, and sink. The TV remote did not work unless you were 1 foot away. The furniture was in bad shape. The tub had mold on the caulking and was in need of repair. The walkway's and steps needed repair and had garbage thrown around. Also the hotel had people living there full time that smoked a lot. Over all this was a very disappointing stay at a run down hotel.

The room was dirty when we arrived. There was hair on the floor and it was filthy. We called them so that they would go ahead and clean the room. They mopped it with a dirty mop so I took the shower towel. Got it wet and cleaned the floor myself, and it was black.Then we went to put some water in the refrigerator in the refrigerator was broken and did not work. They went and to get a mini fridge that was new and it never took the manual or any of the cardboard out of it. Very disappointed.

HORRIBLE is putting it nicely. Upon entering our room, it was quickly realized the room was not cleaned with food all over and a terrible odor. After getting a room change, our second room had a huge stain on the comforter, stains on the floor, and the bathroom smelled like someone died. I WILL NEVER stay or recommend to anyone.

This is about the worst place I've ever stayed in. Would have left but everywhere else sold out. The place is an armpit. The room stunk, floor filthy and sticky, no hot water in sink and excessive mold in the bathroom. Told management and they just shrugged. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
