Convenient and Quiet

Great location: walking distance to many parks, restaurants, and downtown. A very spacious kitchen. Loved the front porch swing. Two minor negatives: Coffee maker is in need of replacement - makes one cup at a time, but requires several cycles to get a full cup. The washing machine needs cleaning (some mold). Overall, we had a enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Perfect for a family!

This property was just what we needed and was the perfect getaway for our family. The communication from the property owner was fantastic! The beds aren't the greatest but they'll do for a short stay - if you are planning a long stay just beware you'll have a sore back potentially... Let Dan know the ages of the people staying so your teenager doesn't have a waterproof cover on her bed LOL... that was hilarious but was an easy fix for us. Overall we had a great time in this house and it had nearly everything we needed. We did have a small list of things that we wished it had (and we provided those to the owner). :) Great house and the master shower is amazing! The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space if they need to get away! A+ Thanks, Dan and Team for a great stay! We just wish the dog limit was over 50 lbs! :(

Family get together

This property was very nice, but had a couple glitches with the check-in process and the property was listed to sleep 8. We informed owner in booking that we had 7 (4 adults and 3 children). The house only had linens for 6 people. We were informed the other two were to stay on the couches. We had to take linens off of the other beds to accommodate.

We came into an uncleaned facility. Rotten onions, that had liquid in the cabinets. We cleaned & cleaned... The washer machine was so full of mold we had to get special cleaners and run it through twice. We were told we would receive a refund on the cleaning fee and have not received the confirmation yet.

Spacious

Spacious for family. It had a nice fenced in yard for our dogs. The check in process was excellent it was clean. The only issue I had, was that I saw a mouse. I believe the owners were aware and trying to eliminate this issue. All in all, I would stay there again.
