Didn’t initially like that I was to have a room with a view, but that was a very limited partial view of the city and there was no pool or jacuzzi. I should have looked at the site to confirm that.Whitley the manager on duty did everything she could to make things right. I will gladly stay there again knowing all that I know and because of her. She set the bar!
Hotel right by the canal!! That’s a plus too!

Check in was a little confusing because multiple hotels use the same parking garage. It was necessary to go to the garage before checking in. Once we got that figured out, the staff was excellent, the room was comfortable and breakfast was plentiful. The location was convenient.

It’s a reasonable hotel. Good gym, laundry, but everything else is a bit lacking. The breakfast is basic and severely lacking in healthy options. No fresh fruits beyond overripe banana, no greens. Indianapolis in general is a bit sleepy, nothing to it and the dining scene is not very good. The city is not walkable, it’s a pain to get anywhere.

Absolutely great customer service, they found a way to help us get whatever we needed. No pool there but giant workout room. Tons of dining options on site. Clean, safe, great free breakfast.
