Surrounded by rolling horse farms and cornfields, the property feels worlds away yet sits just minutes from dining, shopping, and attractions in Zionsville and Indianapolis. Whether you’re gathering for a family reunion, celebrating a special occasion, or simply looking for a quiet getaway, the home offers room to relax, recharge, and connect.

Outdoor living
The highlight of the property is its resort-style backyard. From May through October, enjoy a heated 16x34-foot saltwater pool with a keyed safety cover, open daily between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. A brand new hot tub, also available during those hours, invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. A fenced patio creates a private space for lounging, dining, or grilling meals, while the fire pit just beyond the fence is perfect for gathering under the stars. Guests have full access to the property, with occasional pool or yard maintenance scheduled in advance. Free parking is available in a garage with space for four vehicles, along with an external power outlet to support EV vehicle charging for convenience. *Pool heating is available for $100 per day (heats the pool to approximately 85°F). Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you’d like the pool heated during your stay so we can have it ready for you. The pool is open (May-Oct) The pool is closed from Nov-April and the cover is locked.

*Smoking, and vaping are not allowed on the premises at any time. For your safety and ours, cameras are located at the front entrance, driveway, and pool gate entrance.
