There is a kitchenette along with a washer and dryer in this studio unit.

We love well behaved pets!
If you are bringing a pet, it must be approved and listed on the reservation

You will have access to the entire guest house.

Please familiarize yourself with our Cancellation Policy prior to booking. We recommend opting in for the Travelers Insurance. We strictly adhere to our policies and always encourage guests to purchase optional travel insurance to cover unanticipated changes in travel plans. Hosts are not be responsible for issuing refunds due to changes made outside of the cancellation policy.
We have a strong policy for no smoking inside and no parties. There is a $500 fine for either violation. Thanks for understanding.
