Great location. Bedding was clean and comfortable. The sofa in room was frayed and dirty. The carpet in the halls needs some love. The first room I was given had pretty musty odor. The gentleman at the front desk obliged me with a new room that was fine odor wise.

The hotel itself is showing some age. Still a nice place for the money. Relatively quiet and good size rooms. Repairs are a little rushed looking. Friendly staff that will work to make you happy. The outer grass area across the parking lot needs cleaned up.

There are numerous stains in the carpet and on the furniture. My bathroom had mold under the soap holders, the showerhead needs to be replaced, and a soap dispenser was broken. I alerted the staff about these issues and they did their best to fix them, but it seems nobody is checking rooms to ensure they are clean and ready for guests.

The toilet drained slowly when I said something to the person at the desk he handed me a plunger instead of sending someone to looks at it. No cleaned the bathroom my hole stay. The TV didn't work I asked for it to be looked at but that never happened. The staff couldn't care less about the gests. And as of right now they are trying to charge me twice for me room

I liked the fact there was a lot of options for shopping and eating within a few miles of the restaurant, some actually on the same street. Seemed to be a very safe location with multiple other hotels on that dame road. Breakfast was very good and a few different options to choose from. Pool was very nice, a little on the cooler side though. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Gentleman that checked us in was very nice. Room ac was set on 60 degrees and was freezing when we arrived. The pool area was cold and the water was so cold that I couldn’t get in with my gr son and partner. It was a good thing that we took room towels down because there was only 1 towel in the pool area. The hallway and the elevators needed vacuumed. We stayed here a couple years ago and while we didn’t use the pool that time we remember it being much nicer. The staff was nice and the room was clean. With it being in a convenient area we probably will stay again. Hopefully they will take our criticism and correct the issues.

Nice and clean

There was a few flaws with the room, but that’s to be expected with an older hotel and renovations you can see have happened so that’s a good thing. There was a weird dip in the floor in my room, but like I said, I know there are renovations going on so it’s to be expected, but it was very nice clean and the staff was impeccable sweet people. Great customer service.

Hot spell, cool room in the hotel

I arrived very hot after my car AC went out and the hotel lobby AC was out too. My room AC was working 100% and I was put in a nice, quiet room right by the elevator. Great parking, easy to get to, friendly staff.
