This is a very used older property with snags/rips in carpet and older looking tubs with chips in paint, etc. Most areas were fairly clean but the bathrooms off the lobby were absolutely horrible. It looked like they had not been cleaned in months. Upon arrival we discovered our toilet leaking onto bathroom floor. They did give us another room. Our main issue was the level of noise permitted on our floor after quiet hours. When addressed with the man at front desk he said he would address but never did saying he checked on the floor but didn’t hear anything so he did nothing. Meanwhile there were people in hallway yelling, one even knocking at our door at 3 am. He told us to go ahead and knock on the door of the room where most of the noise was generating from and handle ourselves. There is no way a female guest should be told to do that simply for her safety. We will never stay here again.

From the moment we walked in the door until we were dropped off at the airport, every staff we encountered was pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. The airpot shuttle was prompt and the van already warmed up.
