No curtain at window. So we had to put up a blanket. There were was a roach in the sink.. And I ordered a handicap room ( I had a receipt) but had to take regular room because it was too late to book another hotel on the site it said room is your until 10;00pm Also had to wait for 20 minutes to check in because he left the desk to do something in a room, there was a number to call 500 but still no answer, so i just had to wait…

Check in process was less than ideal. Front desk woman was not friendly. They require government ID’s for every adult staying on the premise. No issue for my parents, but I have an adult handicapped sister and they didn’t know to bring her ID. Thankfully, they were eventually allowed to check in. There was a lot of extra paperwork at check in with the IDs, and for my sisters service dog. Feel like these policies should be better outlined on their website. Room was very well maintained. Clean, nice property.

We checked in after hours. The lobby was already locked. No big deal. There was a clear sign that directed us to use the phone for after hours check in. The staff came down in maybe less than 5 minutes and met us to check in. The check in process was a bit longer than I am used to. I don’t think it’s a staff problem - the system was just slow. The facility looked maintained. The rooms were clean. It smelled a bit like cleaning solutions, but the smell went away after awhile. All in all, our stay was pleasant. No complaints here. I would stay here again.
