John and his staff where great but expedia did me dirty 😤 Could not talk to anyone about bookings finally got a "person" on their chat ,have all the converstion copied on my phone . Told me all but 1 room where canceled have snap shots of it all get to Hotel to find out 2 rooms where still booked went to cancel extra room and said i couldn't because of time frame but had to pay Expedia an inconvenience fee?
