The space
A private shuttle runs from the property to the festival ($145/person for the entire weekend, purchased in the lobby; independently operated, not by Coachella/Stagecoach). Price is not included in the booking. Inquire for details.

• The listing is for threee separate condos within a hotel-style timeshare-style apartment complex and similar to a hotel, the exact unit is assigned at check-in.
• There are multiple buildings in this apartment complex. We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the units close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are approximately 1,500 feet apart.

Other things to note
- The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age, present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in.
- Since three units are assigned, three guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary guest listed as well.
- The apartments are located in a timeshare complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit. The exact units are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout.
- The two units may be in different buildings depending on availability. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are approximately 1,500 feet apart.
- Infants and children are counted towards the maximum occupancy per unit.
- This is a timeshare property, and guests are NOT obligated to participate in any timeshare presentation. Attending a presentation is entirely optional, and should a salesperson approach you, we recommend politely declining their invitation.
- The shuttle from our property is different than the Coachella Shuttle Pass from the festival website operated by Valley Music Travel.
- Shuttle services are not included in the booking fees and can be purchased in the main lobby. It is independently operated and not affiliated with Coachella, Stagecoach, or our property.
- Shuttle passes are $145 per person for the entire weekend, with shuttles running approximately every 30 minutes (14 shuttles total). - Please note that we do not manage this service; we simply provide information on the provider, and pricing is determined by them.

This apartment offers its guests an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly apartment.
