This single-level 4-bedroom is just a short stroll from the Coachella Music Festival grounds. Enjoy community amenities including pool & spa, tennis & pickleball courts & a clubhouse. The house boasts high-speed Wi-Fi & a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a pond-view patio complete with a lounge area, dining table, & grill. With proximity to Palm Springs, Joshua Tree National Park, & renowned golf courses & spas, this home offers not just comfort but a gateway to diverse attractions.

Parking: We have 3 parking spots available. Street parking is prohibited on community streets from 1am - 6am. Please park your cars in garage or driveway during these hours.


To enhance your stay and ensure all community members enjoy access to Lifestyle Center amenities, we'd like to share some essential information:

Guest Cards: If you plan to use the Lifestyle Center amenities (Pickleball, Tennis), you'll need a guest card. Simply visit the Lifestyle Center to obtain one. A refundable $10 deposit is required, which you'll get back upon returning the card(s).

IPCCA Policy: Please note that the HOA (IPCCA) permits a maximum of 4 registered renters to use the Lifestyle Center amenities at any one time. This rule is strictly enforced to ensure all residents and guests can enjoy a comfortable experience.

Good News! The community also features multiple satellite pools and hot tubs throughout the neighborhood, which are open to all guests without the 4-person restriction. These quieter, conveniently located pools are a perfect alternative for relaxing and soaking up the sun with your entire group.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay at the Desert Oasis in Indio. Mercedes was an excellent host to communicate with. The house was very spacious, clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The backyard which opens onto a retention pond, is a very tranquil place to enjoy a peaceful moment or a cup of coffee/ glass of wine. This gated community is quite large, well maintained and we felt very safe. We found it great for early morning walks. Our family enjoyed one of the satellite pools( smaller), which was about a 7 minute walk from the house. We also used the larger pool which was about a 5 minute drive . This property is also within a 10 minute drive to multiple stores and restaurants, where you will find everything you need. Thank you for being our host Mercedes!

Lovely oasis in the desert

Girls trip to BNP Paribas tennis tournament. Fantastic property. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything about it is 5 star. The beds are all amazingly comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Super clean. Hosts easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property
