Newly built luxury lake house in a peaceful gated community. This elegant two story home features 4 bedrooms+loft, 4.5 bathrooms, a game room, a large chef's kitchen, a specious living and dining area. The house truly defines peace and serenity where you can unwind and enjoy your time with your loved ones. It is decorated tastefully with an edgy/modern, comfortable feel. Soak in the lake views and the breathtaking sunsets in the cozy backyard with heated pool(w/spa jets) and outdoor dining.
The space
Each bedroom has a separate bathroom with a shower or a tub. One bedroom, with a queen bed, is located in the first level accessible for guests who have difficulty going up the stairs. The large sofa in the living room also provides a comfortable sleeping arrangement. On the second level we have the master bedroom with a king bed, large bathroom with a tub, a walk in closet and a large patio with breathtaking lake views where you can enjoy your morning coffee or the sunset views. Two other bedrooms are located on the second level, one with a queen bed + floor mattress and the second one is a lakeview room with a bunkbed and a twin 2 level trundle daybed. Lastly, the loft is used as a game room where you will find pool table, table tennis, darts, etc. This room also features a sofa bed which can accommodate sleeping arrangements for 1-2 children.
