The home had everything we needed for a 21 night stay. The host was an excellent communicator and the location was perfect for our family activities.

The host was great to stay intouch with us. However the kitchen cabinets were very dirty around the handles and they were sticky. Was cold the first week there and we prepaid for the heating of the pool and hottub but they both were unavailable for the first couple of days(host was good about refunding right away for the 2days of heating fees) but it was known to our arrival that we wanted them heated and ready for use. Strongly suggest renting a vehicle as we did not as we were under the impression we could play pickle ball and golf there. Not the case as the owners do not have memberships for either. We did find it cold at night(we think the thermostat was remotely programmed). Was a bit of a pain to have to always register our friends that came to visit with the gate. Also for us to leave and walk out of the community we either had to walk wuite a ways to the main gate or hope that the gate that is very close to the property had someone arriving or leaving it so we could walk through. Pool table and dart board could definitely be replaced as they have seen better days. Having had the opportunity to go to a couple of other communities in the area this one seems be more like a 3 star rating while the others were a 4.5 Felt like we were in no man's land. Host was always quick to respond and positive.

This house was gorgeous. Fully stocked kitchen. Lovely welcome gift. Plenty of towels and bedding for everyone. Lovely neighborhood. Close to grocery and other misc shops. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this place. Was perfect for our mini vacation.

Did the job

Over all the places was OK. Listed as luxury but definitely not. It was good for two families to hang out for the weekend. Several parts of the house need maintenance. There were sections of flooring missing in the kitchen, baseboard missing, etc. Once the owner takes care of these issues, I would stay there again for the price point it is in. Property manager was difficult, but the owner of the home was great.

Large, Modern House With Excellent Amenities

As indicated in the title, the house was spacious and modern, was clean, and had excellent amenities. Rooms were large and nicely furnished. The backyard had a pool and hot tub, a gas grill and lots of furniture.

Love Desert Serenity

This was the third house that my husband and I, along with my siblings and their spouses, have rented in the Indian Palms Country Club Community. We found the house to be exactly as pictured. It has a lovely backyard and a very comfortable interior. The hosts were exceptional at keeping in touch to make sure everything was as expected! We would definitely enjoy staying there again.

Good place, great time.

Place was great and the host were very accommodating. House met all of our requirements and we would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks for the memories.Took a little time to get the pool and hot tub to the right temperature but after that it was all good.

Cool place, but definitely needs a few things addressed

The house was lovely, perfect for our group. We would have been much happier if we hadn’t had so many issues though. The biggest issue was the air conditioning which was controlled by the owner and locked at 74. It was over 80 in the house a large portion of the trip. We contacted owner, but nothing was done. A desert house must have a good, working ac unit and patrons should be able to set their own temperatures. We also arrived and a door lock inside the house was beeping because it was out of batteries and the fridge water filter needed to be replaced and the fridge beeped every time we used it. The trash cans were also completely full when we arrived, so we had no where to put our trash. Like I said, house was super cool, but very disappointed that we had so many issues that weren’t really addressed when we inquired.

Golf Getaway

This house was a perfect spot for our getaway with girlfriends. Our host, Alex, was very welcoming and available to answer any questions. The property is immaculate and decorated with a pretty touch. A pool table, darts, games, and multiple TVs add to the amenities- along with the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay at this house in the future!
