Walking distance to fantasy springs casino. Not much else in walking distance. The room was clean and the inn has been recently updated. Check in/check out process was easy.

This is a very depressing property. It's one of those two story strip motels, the kind you imagine vagrants and drug dealers using. The location is weird, and the big signs everywhere in the parking lot disavowing any responsibility of theft from or damages to cars is a little unsettling. The checkin was very annoying, with an insistent text demanding I check in early, and then arriving to find that none of the information I provided (image of drivers license, credit card number, etc.) had been retained to speed my checkin. Room was clean enough, but overall, a depressing stay.
