It is located within the grounds of the Indian Palms Country Club and is adjacent to a 27 hole golf course, country club restaurant, pro shop, driving range, 2 tennis courts, and fitness center. house was great for me and 3 friends, pool was close by and we were walking distance to the festival grounds. Only issue was wifi is not strong and property managers can't/won't do much about it.
