Welcome to The Villa! Our elegant 3BR/2BA retreat in a private gated community features a resort-style pool, park-like yard, outdoor misters, lakeside views, and spacious serene interiors. You'll be walking distance to the Coachella/Stagecoach Festival grounds and a short drive to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Stylish and serene, The Villa has everything you'll need for a comfortable, luxurious and unforgettable desert stay.

Escape to The Villa, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat in a private gated community that blends relaxation, fun, and unbeatable location. With a sparkling private pool, outdoor misters, grassy lounging areas, and an outdoor TV, the backyard was made for sunshine, sunsets, and unforgettable memories.

The property sits along a tranquil lake and stream, giving you peaceful views and fresh desert air. Inside, you’ll find a clean, spacious, and stylish home base perfect for groups, families, or friends.

Best part? You can walk to the Coachella Festival grounds (yes, literally the closest community!) and you’re just minutes from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.

We only make our property available a few times a year for special events including the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament, Coachella, Stagecoach, New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Memorial Day. Other days/weeks upon request. Please send us a message if you would like additional videos of the property.

This is a 3 bedroom/2 Bath home. Each bedroom has a bed that will accommodate two people. If sleeping arrangements are needed for additional guests, please let us know.

The house has a retractable awning for shade, misters, and an outdoor tv. The hot tub heating is free, if you want to heat the pool there will be an extra charge.

There are four outdoor cameras at the property covering both side yards, backyard, and front door entry.

Our stay was wonderful. The yard was beautifully landscaped, the pool and spa so calming and relaxing. We enjoyed close proximity to Indian Wells Tennis Graden and La Quinta resort. The hosts were very accommodating and accessible.
