The check in was smooth and the staff seemed really friendly. The room we stayed in was big, modern and clean. Breakfast buffet was superior. The only thing I didn’t like was the location of the hotel, it was quite far away from the beach and the “center”. One thing that that was weird was the time it took them to do check out for us.

Excellent hotel

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, nice clean rooms, great food, WiFi was very good. I would recommend a room with a balcony as not all of the rooms have one

Très bon hôtel bien placé, à 5mn de la ville à pied et 15mn de la plage de Kuta. Le personnel est gentil et aux petits soins pour la moindre question. Le petit-déjeuner est à volonté donc copieux et bon, les repas de midi et du soir dans le restaurant adossé sont bons et bien dosés au niveau de la quantité et pas chers. La propreté est maintenu dans tout l'hôtel, les chambres sont faîtes tous les jours sauf indication contraire du client. La piscine est assez grand mais peu profonde, pratique pour les enfants. Le seul point négatif, c'est que dans les chambres du troisième étage, il n'y a pas de fenêtres, juste une grande baie vitrée, non ouvrable donc aucune aération à part la porte d'entrée. C'est moyen pour les odeurs et la climatisation tourne donc tout le temps. En sachant que les étages inférieures possèdent fenêtres et même balcons, c'est dommage. Mais nous avons passé un super séjour tout de même.

Nevertheless we still have Deluxe Balcony Room and Kana Suite Room which has Balcony in it and facing to our lovely Pool. Kiva Hotelli hyvällä paikalla

Pros: Erittäin avulias ja kohtelias henkilökunta.
Cons: Kadun äänet tunkevat aika pahasti huoneeseen, mutta minkäs sille voi, kaupunki ei nuku koskaan.
Location: Kuta beach ja muut herkut kävelymatkan päässä.
Kuta oli mielenkiintoinen paikka. Liikenne ihan kaaosta ja koko ajan joku myy jotain. Halvalla pääsee matkaamaan ja elelemään herroiksi.

Viihtyisä hotelli melko lähellä Kuta Beachia

Vietimme kaksi viikkoa The Kana- hotellissa ja viihdyimme hyvin. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja auttavaista, ruoka hyvää hotellin ravintoloissa ja tilat viihtyisät. Hotellilla on kaksi ravintolaa ja yksi suhteellisen pieni, mutta viihtyisä uima-allas ja allasalue. Hotellihuone oli kiva, ilmastoitu ja aina siisti. Ainut huono puoli oli suihku, josta vesi tuli aika pienellä paineella.. sitä ei toki tiedä, oliko vika vain meidän huoneessa. Hotelli sijaitsee melko lähellä Kuta Beachia, mutta on sijainniltaan myös aika vilkasliikenteinen. Ympäristö on usein aika meluisa, mutta hotellin alueelle liikenteen äänet eivät kuuluneet.
