Holiday Home in Ingarö
Treat yourself to a holiday in this nice house on the fantastic Ingarö in the Stockholm archipelago with unbeatable proximity to the archipelago with several different bathing spots next door. Proximity to Björnö nature reserve and much more! The house shares the plot with an annex that is rented out to a permanent guest. This accommodation is perfect for you who want to live comfortably with a large hilly lovely natural plot where the children can run around, within walking distance to nice beaches, restaurant, beautiful nature and all the archipelago's strawberry places. The entire large surface at the back is disposed of freely. The front is shared with the other accommodation. The house is located in a pleasant cottage area and here you have the opportunity to live in a very nice furnished house with furnished basement of about 75 sqm. On Entréplan there is a beautiful kitchen, living room and cozy wood burning stove, bathroom with shower and toilet and two bedrooms. In the basement you will find a sleeping alcove with 1 bunk bed, a living room with TV and playstation and a lovely sauna where there is a shower and laundry room. A total of 8 beds. On this lush natural plot, you are offered a number of different seating groups where you can follow the sun's rays or sit under a roof in the glazed conservatory. Let yourself explore everything Ingarö has to offer, swim in the sea on Björkvik's own riviera! The owner offers you the opportunity to book a private boat trip in the archipelago for four people for a fee. A unique chance to discover the archipelago's finest sides and get to take part in the owner's strawberry places around the islands where nice restaurants pop up during the summer. Good to know: Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated in 2020. There are also two sets of fridge / freezer, as there is an extra in the basement. Trampoline in the garden. Drapery for the bedroom closest to the entrance to the main house. Sonos speakers in living room. Two entrances on plot with space for several cars.
