Guests enjoy full access to the property, including a fenced-in yard, multiple outdoor patios, and a private dock with direct lake access—ideal for swimming, kayaking, or simply soaking up the views. Outdoor living shines with an outdoor jacuzzi, fire pit, gas grill, and outdoor shower, creating the perfect setting for long lake days and cozy evenings.

Inside, the home features a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living spaces, and a thoughtfully curated coffee bar to start your mornings right. Two single sit-on-top kayaks are available for guests to explore Lake Bowen at their leisure.
