View from the room was incredible! Great location for exploring Innsbruck in a day, very easy to walk around, close to many dining options and shopping. Room was very clean, staff were friendly, overall a great stay! We also utilized the secure luggage storage. The staff particulary the young lady from Hungary was super. The room was decent and very clean. As the name Basic says it is basic. I did not eat the Breakfast but it appeared to be typical European. SUPER location to the Christmas markets, shops and restaurants. I would stay here again anytime.

Traveled with two adults, an infant, and toddler. Brought our own infant bed and toddler sleeps in adults bed when traveling. Upon arrival, disclosed we had two young children and were told it was an additional 50 euro per child per night to stay despite using existing beds. However when I asked if I could cancel clerks did his manager and they said if I called Expedia to cancel and their agent called him to confirm they would not charge me.
