🙂 - meine Anfrage auf ein Zimmer in oberem Stock wurde berücksichtigt - schönes grosses Zimmer - das Frühstück war lecker - das Personal waren freundlich & hilfbereit - tolle Lage im Zentrum & trotzdem ruhig (ausser im Sonntag wird man vom Kirchenläuten geweckt) - gute Matratze ☹️ - schade kein Kosmetikzimmer

My wife and I recently enjoyed a delightful two-night stay at Hotel Grauer Bär in Innsbruck, Austria. While we didn't explore all the facilities, we were thoroughly impressed with the hotel's pool. The inviting atmosphere, cleanliness, and well-maintained surroundings made our swimming experience truly enjoyable. The central location allowed us easy access to the city's attractions, and the staff's warm hospitality added a personal touch to our stay. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. Though we didn't use the spa, fitness room, or the restaurant, our experience at Hotel Grauer Bär was four-star worthy, and we would recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a relaxing and centrally located accommodation in Innsbruck.

Der Service war sehr gut - super Frühstücks-Buffet. Wir hatten ein Dreier-Zimmer aber nur zwei Badetücher (nach Reklamation erhalten), Sauberkeit naja, wir hatten sehr viel Haare im Badezimmer bei der Ankunft. Ansonsten schönes Hotel. Schade das nirgends erwähnt wurde, dass zur Zeit eine Baustelle dort war. Samstag 06.45 Uhr war ein riesen Lärm von den Bauarbeitern. Hätte man vielleicht darauf hinweisen können.
