Super Sailer

Very nice hotel . Close to the train station ( 5mins walk ) whilst also close to the centre ( no more than 10min walk ) . Room was a good size with very comfortable beds . Staff working there were very pleasant and helpful

The hotel staff was really lovely and informative. The neighborhood is good. We had a triple room and it was nice - even with 3 beds. The room was super clean. I would stay there again. We did not have the best experience in the restaurant. Nothing terrible - our waiter wasn’t the best. It happens.

The hotel is strategically located, being less than a 5-minute walk from Innsbruck’s central station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with an excellent bathroom and shower. Breakfast is good. The fridge in the room was not turned on. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

older hotel in an location that was good to visit local attractions. Some construction going on across the street made getting to the hotel a challenge. Parking garage was used and I was glad I chose that option. Garage was tight so a smaller car for travel recommended. Staff was good and helpful, food we had was good. Would use again.

The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are very nice and clean. It is centrally located and that makes it easy to get around. They are super concerned about the climate and as a result they tend to keep the hotel lobby, restaurant and their rooms on the warm side, which make the rooms unpleasant if it is a heatwave.

Delightful staff checked us in, outfit added character. Room was spacious and clean, fridge was a bonus and person i was teavelling with had a family room which had its own balcony. Overall, highly recommended and if i ever go back to Innsbruck, i will definitely try and book again.
