The cozy apartment on the ground floor was newly renovated in 2022 and 2024.

It has a bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a bunk bed.

The cozy, bright living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, radio and sofa bed, from here you have direct access to the approx. 8m² large terrace in a sunny location.

The kitchenette with dishwasher, 2-plate ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster and a fridge-freezer combination offer everything you need on holiday.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet, mirror cabinet, washbasin and hairdryer.

The windows in the bedrooms have insect protection. All windows are equipped with roller shutters.

In just a 5-minute walk you are at the beautiful beach of Gollwitz.

A high chair and games are available for our little guests. For reasons of space, it is not possible to set up a travel cot in the bedrooms.

Free WiFi is also available.

Car parking space is available at the house.

Schöne Wohnung aber sehr hellhöriges Haus

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nur leider ist das Haus an sich sehr hellhörig und man bekommt ungewollt viel von den Nachbarn mit.

Entspannter Kurzurlaub

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, alles dort was man benötigt. Strand nicht weit entfernt, für Badeurlaub sind andere Strände schöner, aber für Spaziergang und Strandkorb wunderbar entspannt. Entspannte Parkmöglichkeit. Am Ort selber nicht so viele Essensmöglichkeiten, überschaubar.
