Wir schätzen diese Ferienwohnung sehr, weil sie gut gelegen ist: ruhig, mit einem Garten und doch in der Nähe des Tmmendorfer Strandes und der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Kirchdorf. Ihre Mitarbeiter sind stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten bei der Ausstattung der Wohnung verbessert werden: eine Butterdose etwas mehr Besteck, mehr kleine Schüsseln, damit nicht mit der Hand aufgewaschen werden muss, bevor der Geschirrspüler gefüllt ist.

Wie schon im vorigen Jahr waren Ihre Mitarbeiter außerordentlich freundlich und jederzeit bereit, für kleine Probleme eine Lösung zu finden. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung wohlgefühlt und hoffen, nächstes Jahr wiederkommen zu können. Kleine Verbesserungen in der Ausstattung wären wünschenswert: zwei Stangen für Handtücher sind auch für zwei Personen nicht ausreichend, zumal ja auch jeweils ein großes Duschhandtuch untergebracht werden muss. In der Küche gab es nur eine kleine Bratpfanne, aber die freundliche Mitarbeiterin im Büro überreichte uns eine größere. Etwas problematischer ist der Kühlschrank. Wir mussten ihn auf 6 stellen, um um im unteren Bereich auf 7 Grad zu kommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche war gut sortiert ausgestattet und die Betten bequemen. Alles in allem ein schönes Wochenende, samt gutem Wetter.

Hallo, die Kissen sind leider sehr unbequem. Auch würde ich empfehlen, die Putzmittel und Spülmaschinensachen (Salz, Klarspüler) nicht offen in den unteren Schränken aufzubewahren. Als Mama passt man die ganze Zeit auf, aber es kann doch Mal so schnell gehen, dass Kinder den Schrank öffnen :( Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Property is overpriced, took me 2 hours to find the house (no clear instructions or coordinates, not even address), with construction works in front of the house, managing agency is a monopoly on the island and be ready for post departure bills, they charged me for extra cleaning where cleaning fee was already included, all communication is in German - they aren't ready for international traveler's at all, €1.2K for 6 days in shaize location = overpriced, €25/per person renting bedding = overpriced, communication with ROC (managing company) is total disaster. BE AWARE YOU PAY MORE FOR LESS. REGRET WASTED MONEY/TIME, HOLIDAYS RUINED, DISAPPOINTMENT, not a "German" quality I've expected.
