There is no door person. Check in is the same as cashier as Chinese Restaurant. Hair dyer not working. No one to help when needed. Office close at 9:00 PM until the next morning. If help needed. No one there to help. Light in room is limited. Highly not recommended. There is not any staff service.

While the room and building was full of character and history, it was also well-equipped with plenty of space and storage for travellers. The common room for guests had snacks, tea, and coffee, as well as a large fridge. The location is great, a few minutes walk to Interlaken West station and very close to a convenience store. There's a bakery just next to the building and the Interlaken Flagship shop is just down the road.

It wasn’t the best hotel room that I have stayed at the staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was a good spread with different things to eat. The room however, was not what I was expecting, the bathroom was small and had a weird smell the bed was comfortable but the blanket and pillows were a weird texture. Overall it was ok and the staff were excellent

They lie about their property and room on the website. The actual rooms are not as big and clean. You cannot walk in the room . The bathroom door cannot open fully. No light on the bathroom. Bad odor the building and room,
