Front Desk was being very accommodating as I needed a room with HVAC in mid June during a heat wave and it was available where they allow me to change from the guest house to the main hotel.

The property was great. Convenient location. However, it was extremely hot in the room. We had to ask for additional fans which did not do a whole lot to cool it down. If you are staying when it is cool outside, then this is a perfect location.

Terrific Location

We had a speedy checkin with welcoming reception staff. The hotel location was ideal for our short stay in Interlaken. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. Although the rooms are not air-conditioned we appreciated the provision of a fan in the room. We're happy to recommend based on our experience.
