The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
No need to strip the beds. Please leave towels hanging in the bathroom or in the bathtub. Please return all items to where you found them (toys/games/furniture).
Please turn Main thermostat down to L (on the ranai heater) in the main living area and pushed all the way down to the bottom in basement. Turn off AC units and make sure all doors are locked.
Please take all trash to the dumpster or trash shed Across from the complex (code 1560). Shut off the main water valve (Oct-Mar), and turn on the sink in the basement bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
