Room was clean and well laid out. Had three beds which was great for us but we only had one blanket (stored in closet) as bed was made with very light covers. Shower and toilet in separate rooms was great so multiple people can get their stuff done. Three beds but only one blanket - why? Only other complaint was that the outlet I used, although I turned it on, did not charge my phone overnight - my fault as I should have checked that it was charging.

This hotel was just what we needed! We had a terrific room on the 5th floor and noticed they provide guests use of washer & dryer gratis. You only need to buy $2 washing liquid or buy your own. It seems like the town is fairly compact but we did notice that almost everywhere requires paid parking so their free parking for guests is a welcome bonus! Only complaint is the temps were very warm in the room & hallways.

Pretty good hotel for a small town. The hotel is in a great location, close to the mall, shops, cafes and restaurants. While the decor is dated, the rooms are spacious and super clean - room service staff do an amazing job. The bathrooms have clearly recently been renovated and I couldn't fault them in any way. A couple of negatives: - the hotel still uses old style keys - large, metallic and clunky, rather than card keys. - being on the older side, the hotel is not well sound-proofed, the walls are super thin and I could the people either side of me through them. - the doors are not soft-closing and make an awfully loud bang when people let them slam shut. On my last night's stay, which fell on a weekend, I was woken up numerous times by people coming and going and letting their doors slam shut. Otherwise, not a bad stay.

The rooms decor or look and feel could do with an upgrade. Maybe a bit of colour or new fresh look for the room. The ironing board could do with a new cover, the bathroom amenties should be provided enough for the amount of people checking in the room. That is three people, sharing what has been provided which is enough for one person. Thank you to the receptionist that did my laminating for me, very much appreciated :)
