With room to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests, this is the perfect destination for families, multiple couples, or groups looking to unwind in style on the stunning Bass Coast.

This single-level retreat features four generous bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 boasts a queen bed and a private ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 each include a comfortable queen bed.

Bedroom 4 is ideal for kids or friends, offering a tri-bunk (double bed on the bottom, single on top).

A second central bathroom includes a walk-in shower and vanity, with a separate toilet for added convenience.

With multiple sleeping options, spacious living areas, and modern comforts, this property is designed for both relaxation and connection. Whether you're enjoying a BBQ in the outdoor entertaining area, taking a short stroll to Inverloch's pristine beach, or exploring the charming town centre, everything you need is right at your fingertips.

Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen designed for effortless holiday living. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before hitting the beach or hosting a family dinner, this kitchen has everything you need — including a fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and ample cookware, utensils, and tableware.

Gather around the dining table for shared meals, or step outside to the outdoor entertaining area for alfresco dining in the fresh sea air. With thoughtful touches and plenty of space.
