The living room with a sofa bed.Well equipped bathroom with all showering needs provided. As well as curling iron and hair dryer. Kitchen is well equipped and ready to be used. Spices, condiment and pretty much everything you would expect a kitchen to have.There are several board games as well as outdoor games provided.Large free standing Jenga,Connect Four and Cornhole.There is a canoe,pedal boat, bikes and fishing gear all for your use.Small seating area outside with Black Stone griddle and also a propane fire pit Cottage is on a quiet dead end st with plenty of privacy.If you’re looking for a safe quiet area you have found it.Ten minutes to downtown Inverness square that offers from pub style bars as well as ice cream shops and everything in between.Has a handicap ramp and seat for the shower if needed.

You will not find a more accommodating cottage. Don has great communication from start to finish. The back porch was our favorite part very peaceful. We will definitely be staying here a couple times a year. 10/10
