O serviço na recepção é pessimo. Os quartos são minúsculos e o valor cobrado não corresponde ao que o hotel oferece. Aletas do AC quebradas, cama que faz muito barulho. Estão desatualizados quanto a concorrência, pois o Airbnb é o Hotel San Diego são menos burocráticos e permitem vistantes sem pagar. Não recomendo e não volto mais. Oferece muito pouco pelo preço que cobra. Muito burocrático. No quarto tinha somente um forro do colchão, uma colcha, um travesseiro e uma toalha. Muito ruim. Pessimo.

great location

at check in the staff were not polite but overall the hotel is very pleasant and a great location. perfect breakfast, room well cleaned and shower excellent. I'll be back more often.
