Gostei muito da experiência. Os atendentes são atenciosos e gentis, o quarto é muito confortável e o café da manhã é maravilhoso! Em alguns momentos, tive alguns problemas para liberar com o cartão a porta do quarto. Além disso, algumas toalhas e roupas de cama pareciam estar meio manchadas. No entanto, foi uma boa estadia. Me hospedaria novamente no local.

Gostei da hospedagem. Como pontos fortes destaco a limpeza, café da manhã gostoso, organização. Como pontos de melhoria, colchão um pouco irregular, provavelmente do uso e conversas excessivas na recepção à noite que prejudicam o sono de quem fica em quartos próximos às escadas.

O chuveiro do quarto estava estragado, não saia água e a pouca que saía estava gelada. Não solicitei a transferência do quarto, como sugerido pela recepcionista quando relatei o ocorrido, porque chegamos as 3:00h da manhã e estávamos muito cansadas. Realmente foi uma experiência bem ruim. Sugiro que o hotel sempre verifique os itens básicos antes de alocar os hóspedes.

As fotos do anuncio não corresponde com o quarto que ficamos. Chuveiro bom, cama boa, falta mesa de cabeceira em um dos lados. Acho que os anúncios deveriam colocar os quartos como eles são realmente. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Estacionamento grátis um bom atrativo.

Quarto tenebroso

Hospedagem terrível, ainda mais pelo preço que não corresponde ao nível do quarto. A janela fica totalmente bloqueada por um anteparo metálico que abriga uma espécie de área técnica com vários condensadores de ar-condicionado. Mas o pior não é a sensação de enclausuramento, mas o ruído excessivo dos equipamentos. É praticamente impossível dormir à noite. Só não saí do hotel e solicitei o estorno porque cheguei de madrugada muito cansado.
