the receptionist is so not friendly and not attentive at all. she said that i have not made any booking when she is the one who did not made proper check. the check-in process is not smooth because of the receptionist lady and she is having hearing problem. it is annoying to wait for the receptionist lady to finish chatting with her friend/ bf on the phone for movie reservation before she process my check in.

We arrived around 8pm that day. The hotel is situated in a secluded area. The receptionist was kind to place parking coupon for our car. Small room but clean sheets and toilet.

Nice hotel but bad experience.

Over all the hotel is comfort & nice. But i was shock when someone with a card open my door twice. One in the evening & one at 12am without no warning. I believe it was a man who open the door. Luckly i lock my door with the chain door lock. As a girls who was alone at that time, it was a terrified experience.

overall the hotel is good for staying for families and individual because have various types of room that we can choose based on the rate. The standard room is ok however is quite difficult for muslim to pray because the area is small. overall this hotel is nice and good

Suffer for those travel by public transport

Hotel is real money value. The room cleanliness and furnishing is in good conditions. No regret staying at this hotel but for those who travel with public transport may need to reconsider. It's quite a distance to town and food hunt.
